Richard is still recovering from his catastrophic motorcycle accident last October. After several more surgeries, nerve damage has still not been able to be repaired, leaving Richard in severe pain and unable to open his hand, although he can clench it. The insurance company has decided that nerve damage is no longer a medical issue and therefore will not cover any more treatment,
